Product Information
▾ | Do my prints come ready to hang? |
They sure do! Your canvas print will arrive gallery wrapped around a thick wooden frame. We attach cord across the back of each canvas before sending it, which allows you to easily hang the frame on an ordinary nail or picture hook as soon as you receive it. Your metal and glass prints arrive complete with their own custom designed hanging solution and instructions on how to hang them.
▾ | How do I care for my prints? |
- To clean your canvas or metal prints, vacuum gently using a soft brush attachment or soft cloth.
- Do not apply any cleaning solutions or water as this may cause the colour to run or fade. Do not rub the surface of your print.
- Glass Prints can be cleaned by using a cloth that has been dampened by water.
- Do not hang outdoors or in areas of high humidity, direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations.
- Canvas Prints are a porous product and will expand and contract in extreme temperature fluctuations.
- If you are moving your prints, make sure you always wrap it adequately with bubble wrap. Do not stack prints on top of each other unless they are safely wrapped.
- Remember your print is a fragile item. Treat it as you would a piece of art.
▾ | What file format do my photos need to be in? |
- Your photos need to be in PNG or JPEG (.JPG or .JPEG) format.
- Colour spaces supported are Adobe RGB (1998) & sRGB.
- Due to our printing systems the colour profile CYMK is not supported
- Incorrect colours produced due to the submitting of an image with an unsupported colour profile will not be refunded.
- We recommend that your images be between 3-10MB.

Fabness uses only the best quality printing material, ink, frames, packaging and quality control process to ensure the product you receive has a professional finish and arrives in perfect condition.

When you place an order with Fabness, there is no risk to you. You are covered by our Fabulous Quality Guarantee! If you are not happy with your print, please contact us within 30 days of ordering and give us the chance to make things right.
Note: Our Quality guarantee covers any damage to the item while in transit or any manufacturing defects. This does not cover the image submitted on the order; all images need to be an appropriate file size for the selected canvas. The suggested size can be found in each item's product description
Account Information
▾ | Do I need to create an account before I order? |
You will not need an account to view items or to start creating, but will require an account to save projects.
Once you enter your email address, you will be sent a 6 digit code to log in/create an account.
Having an account will enable you to access your saved projects and order history.
▾ | How do I change my account details? |
Desktop
Log in to your Fabness account, then select the person icon next to My Projects, then the drop down arrow, and select Profile.
Mobile
Log in to your Fabness account, then select the person icon next to My Projects.
You will then need to select the menu bar on the top left hand corner, and select Profile.
You can then edit saved addresses, add additional addresses.
You are able to change the name on the account, but not the email address linked to the account.
▾ | How can I upload photos to my account? |
Images can be uploaded to the current project you are working on. Any images saved in earlier projects are also able to be accessed.
We do not store images on our site, and these can only be accessed when used in a current saved project.
If a project is deleted, the images are no longer able to be accessed.
If an image is not used within a project, this will be removed after 30 days.
Order Information
▾ | How do I place an order? |
Just select the product you want and get started.
From there you upload your own photos (JPEG/JPG or PNG format only) and start designing your layout on the design page. Once completed you can add the finished product to your shopping cart to place the order - it's really that easy!
You will be asked for billing and shipping details upon checkout, or you can simply login if you're already a Fabness user.
▾ | Can I use emojis or symbols? |
Emojis and symbols are unfortunately not supported when personalizing your products.
▾ | Can I save my order and complete it later? |
Saved projects will remain in your account, unless deleted. Only the most current saved version is kept.
Any images uploaded, but not placed within the project will be removed after approx. 30 days.
▾ | I have a coupon code for a promotional offer. How do I redeem this? |
On the Shopping cart page, after selecting Checkout, there is a Discount Code Box.
Enter the coupon/voucher code and then click Apply, and your discount will be applied to your order.
▾ | How do I pay for my order? |
Payments are through Shopify Payments.
Our Payment options are Credit/debit card, PayPal and Afterpay.
Applepay, ShopPay and GooglePay are available on Mobile.
▾ | Can I cancel my order? |
Unfortunately not. Due to the high automation of our online service, once your order has been paid for and completed online, it's automatically sent to our printers and cannot be cancelled.
If you have any questions or concerns about how your image will print, please contact customer support prior to placing your order.
▾ | I have not received a confirmation email of my order |
Please check your spam or junk mail folder in the email address linked to your account/order. If you cannot locate the email, please email customer care.
▾ | What happens if my order is unsatisfactory or arrives damaged? |
If you receive your order in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately with your Order Number. We will make every effort to make things right. Claims are to be made within 30 days from the date the order was placed.
▾ | Can I add to my order once it has been processed? |
Unfortunately you cannot add to your order as our system is automated and production of your finished product begins almost straight away.

Generally under copyright laws the owner of the copyright in images or photographs is the person who created the images or took the photographs. You represent and warrant to us that you are the owner of the copyright or have the express permission of the owner of the copyright in the images or photographs which you submit to the service.
We claim no ownership rights in any images or photographs submitted to the service. Solely for the purpose of enabling your images or photographs to be uploaded and made available on the service and to fulfill print orders made for your images and photographs you grant to us and to any store which fulfills print orders of your images or photographs, a perpetual worldwide non-exclusive transferable royalty-free copyright licence to copy, reproduce, display, modify, adapt or alter, transmit, communicate and distribute to our staff your images or photographs.
You acknowledge that we have no control over the use of your images or photographs and shall not be held liable for any use, publication or copying of your images and photographs. You waive all rights of action or other claims you may have against us in respect of any such use, publication or copying.
▾ | Copyright Claims |
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. In the event that we receive a written complaint alleging copyright infringement by a member, we will refer the complaint to the member concerned. It is the member's responsibility to resolve any such complaint. Should the member not resolve the complaint satisfactorily and advise us, in writing, of the resolution within seven (7) days of the date on which the matter was referred to the member (the "Referral Date"), we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to suspend the membership until such time as the matter is resolved. If we have not been notified within sixty (60) days of the Referral Date that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved, we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to terminate the member's membership.
